- Develop a governance structure and flexible system of standards and procedures for the development, expansion, administration, maintenance and preservation of the community you envision.
- Study the costs associated with various ways of governing the Association and recommend the best method for your community.
- Actively participate in the process of developing and reviewing the governing documents including: Declarations, Charters, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, Design Guidelines and Policies.
