Gary is always on the lookout for ways to optimize the service levels and increase homeowners satisfaction. His passion is improving workflows for enhanced outcomes, and he's a master at finding answers to the many details and frustrations that are an inevitable part of meeting expectations from a myriad of stakeholders. By delineating end goals and figuring out how to break down a complicated project into an achievable task, Gary offers practical, time-saving systems and procedures that always prove invaluable to both the team and the clients we serve.
Gary brings to the Client Services team over 25 years of customer service and management experience in the hospitality industry and in the claims, administrative, and services side of the insurance industry. He holds a B.S. in business from Columbian Christian College. |
