 Joe Weinmeister Director of Construction Services - Development

Joe works with managers, boards and community committees to determine project needs and how best to allocate funds for those endeavors. For projects involving maintenance, capital improvements, insurance claims, reserve study and general construction, Joe has direct oversight of all RFP's from community managers and boards. In addition, he oversees construction management field personnel and supervises the performance of board selected contractors. Joe's team works with contractors to keep projects on schedule and to ensure managers, board members and homeowners are satisfied with the work.
Joe brings more than 15 years of construction expertise, combining hands-on field experience with sales and project management experience. He loves the satisfaction that results when a project transforms into an enduring asset for the Association and enhances the living experiences for the homeowner, adding value to the community.
