Kathy Barnett
LIfestyle Services Manager

Kathy leads our Lifestyle Services Team with a wealth of expertise and experience in hospitality, event management and catering. She focuses on creating events that reflect the Community’s spirit with an emphasis on nurturing a sense of community. She enjoys working in partnership with both Board members and residents to design events that reflects the goals and aspirations of the community, build cohesion among neighbors, and stays within the association’s budget.

As a life-long learner Kathy holds dual Bachelors Degrees with a degree in both Finance and Business Administration from Regis University. As a long-term Colorado resident, Kathy’s background includes positions within the Colorado Springs Academy School District 20, Garden of the Gods Gourmet, and USAA.

Kathy is always happy to help a community increase turnout at the Annual Meeting via a social event, or boast member participation through a barbeque, and she always makes them happen easily and with style. She truly enjoys the planning and execution of an event ~ Letting you have all the fun!
