Please remember that if you are required to pay assessments on more than one association below you will need to set up the payments individually according to the association. For example if you are required to pay an assessment to The Farm master association and The Hillcrest sub-association you will be required to set up each payment seperately given the links provided below.

Assessments for The Farm Homeowner's Association for 2010 - $43.50 per month. Sub-Associations: Hillcrest at the Farm (filings 7 & 8) - $100.00 per quarter. Homestead at the Farm (filings 1, 2, & 5) - $37.00 per month
Payments for the Sub-Associations may not be combined in one check with your payment to The Farm Master Association. If checks are received for both Associations, they will be returned to you with a request for separate payment to each of the entities.
Assessments need to be remitted to US Bank. Payments should be mailed only to the address on the remittance labels sent to you.
Bill Payment Services -- If you have the payment set up in an accounting program such as Quicken or use a bill payment service, be sure to notify them of the change of mailing address to:
Coupon payments should be mailed to PO Box 502580, San Diego, CA 92150-2580. The new PO Box address will be updated on newly printed coupons sent to homeowners. Please update our mailing address with your financial institution if you currently use bill pay. If you have any questions please contact clientservices@e-hammersmith.
Dues may be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. There is no problem in making your payments in that fashion as long as they are not paid in arrears. While there is not a coupon for this type of payment, please use one of the regulare coupons and your account(s) will be properly credited.
Delinquencies: the late fee for past due assessments (those not received by the 10th of the month) is increasing to $20.00. Remember, your assessments are due on the first of the month. There is a grace period to allow for mailing problems, etc. through the 20th of the month. Don’t wait to mail on the 19th – postmark date is not considered since the 20-day grace period is deemed sufficient. |
