Your association’s website provides valuable resources including, free documents, forms, newsletters, news and announcements, a calendar of community events, as well as many other items and continued development.
Features include:
Stay Connected: The Stay Connected link helps you communicate with Client Services, Managers, Board Members and Committees in your community by providing the convenience of online forms. You can send a question to the Manager or Board, maintenance request and even check on your account using this service.
Community Calendar: The Community Calendar allows you to find out instantly what's happening in the community with your online community calendar. Whether it's the next board meeting, the community garage sale, or other special events, it will only take a moment to glance online at the calendar and find out what's going on in the neighborhood.
Discussion Forums: Discussion Forums provide a vehicle for secure online collaboration where managers, staff, residents, boards, committees, etc. can share knowledge, ask questions, and get answers privately, within each group.
My Account/ Account Services: The My Account link allows you to check on your account, pay your assessments online, and find out information about automatic payments.
Document Center: The Document Center offers a secure, organized, central location for important association documents such as covenants and bylaws, architectural guidelines, board and committee meeting minutes, forms, financials, newsletters, and more. Your association information is in one place, online and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Classifieds: Click Classifieds to find out about garage sales, babysitters, house cleaners or deals available to the community. If you would like to submit a classified ad to be posted online, click on Online Forms under Resident Services and click on Classifieds Submission.
Email Notification: This service makes extensive use of email to extend the reach and timeliness of your community information. In other words, we'll use email to bring important information to you, like multi-media newsletters, urgent notices, and friendly reminders about upcoming events. If you haven't already signed up and wish to help save your association money by reducing the cost of printing and postage, Sign In and go to "My Profile" and update your contact preferences.
Search Link: The Search Link helps you easily find exactly what you are looking for - quickly. Simply enter a keyword or phrase and the Search Assistant will hunt through the entire association archives and resources, bringing the answers directly to your fingertips.
