This section contains information and documents needed for real estate transactions.

Information Letter: Contains information on the association used by underwriters to approve a loan (i.e. Condo Certification, PUD Questionaire, etc.)

Status Letter: Used for closing. Contains information on the status of homeowners account, insurance information and any special assessments.

Order Documents:  Documents that are required by SB 100.
