By carefully assessing the business opportunities and agreements that enhance our bottom line, Rick builds sales revenue and develops relationships that prove beneficial to our clients.  He is committed to making sure that promises made become a real part of agreements, so that needs expressed are fully met.  Prior to joining us here at Hammersmith, Rick spent 17 years at a multi-million dollar construction and property management services company in Baltimore.  There, he worked first as General Manager and later as Operations Consultant.

Rick received his bachelor's in Business Administration from Loyola College of Maryland.
