Additions to Our Team
Marsha Smith - Has accepted the position of Accounts Payable Specialist. Marsha has extensive experience in A/P as well as other aspects of accounting. She holds an AAS Degree in Accounting, having graduated with a 4.O GPA.
Cassie Thomas - Has accepted the position of Portfolio Community Manager for our DTC office. She brings 3 years of experience as a Manager of Design Review and Covenant Administration for Shea Properties. Cassie attended Ashford University in Iowa, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management, Specialization: Urban Land Use.
Melissa Sanders - Has accepted the position of Client Services Coordinator, working in our Colorado Springs office. Melissa arrived all the way from Alaska, and brings with her more than 6 years of customer service, retail and management experience. While in Alaska, Melissa was also working on her degree in Social Work and Psychology.
Dan Krummick - Has accepted the position of On-Site Community Manager at Governor's Place. He brings more than ten years of experience as an Operations/Project Manager. Dan graduated from the US Army Engineering School in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
Tim Bennett - Has accepted the position of Portfolio Community Manager for our Loveland office. He comes to us from California, and brings 22 years of experience in the real estate industry and more than 3 years as a Certified Community Manager. Tim earned his BS Degree in Business/Marketing from Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, Washington.
