The Preserve at Greenwood Village Wins Large-Sized
Community Homeowners Association of the Year Award

The Community Associations Institute, Rocky Mountain Chapter (CAI-RMC) annually recognizes outstanding Homeowner Associations (HOA) with an "HOA of the Year Award" based upon factors of overall management and volunteer participation, distinguishing characteristics of the community, sense of community and service to the larger community, financial planning and overall commitment to quality.
CAI is the recognized leader in the area for education and advocacy for those involved in Community Association Management.
On November 5th, 2011, THE PRESERVE AT GREENWOOD VILLAGE was awarded Large-Sized Community Homeowners Association of the Year. The Preserve is a neighborhood where the volunteers are an integral part of the community's success in building relationships. The community enjoys a Swim Team, a Tennis Committee, Neighborhood Watch Program and an active Social Committee. Along with the Board of Directors, these committees foster a strong sense of community. All members of the community, including the canine ones, are encouraged to participate in community activities. At The Preserve, neighbors value the neighborhood and each other, and show their appreciation through engagement and participation.
This upscale single family home community is located in Greenwood Village and is managed by Hammersmith Management, Inc. During the past 4 years, Hammersmith Management is proud to have worked in partnership as the managing agent for 5 of the winning Associations awarded the prestigious "HOA of the Year Award", and we are proud to be part of The Preserve's success. To honor the Association for its cooperation and commitment to the success of our partnership, Hammersmith Management has contributed a Lifestyle Services event for the community. |
