Tennyson Park Homeowners Association Recognized as our Board of the Quarter

Tennyson Park has been a client partner for less than 2 years, but in that short period of time, they've partnered with the Hammersmith teams on every level.
For instance:
- The Association is a member of CAI, and budgets for the dues and classes. At least one Board member attends a CAI class/event each year.
- The Board consistently participates in the survey during annual review time for the Manager.
- They are open and honest with their communication.
- Their meetings are held bi-monthly. All Board members consistently attend and participate in the meetings. They are respectful with each other and the Manager.
- Board members review their packet and financials in advance of the meetings and come to the meeting prepared to make decisions.
- The Board always wraps up meetings on time.
- Directors have committed to long term funding of reserves. They are contributing more to reserves in 2012 than recommended by the reserve study in anticipation of the reserve projects needed.
- Action is taken in a timely manner, and only rarely does unfinished business appear on the agenda.
- The Board encourages suggestions from the Manager.
To honor the Board of Directors and the Association for its cooperation and commitment to the success of our partnership, Hammersmith Management has contributed a Lifestyle Services event for the community. |
