Walt Lukasik, AMS©, CMCA©, MCM® Director of Large Scale Communities
Walt took his first position in large scale management many years ago and found the work rewarding, knowing that choices and resolutions put into place would long outlast those who helped make them. Today, Walt is committed to enhancing a way of life for the many thousands of residents living in large scale communities. His work in large scale management entails considerable interaction among city, state, and federal government agencies, law enforcement, water and sanitation districts. Encompassed are fire and ambulance operations, private water facilities, security services, golf courses, private roads, and much more.
Walt is a past member of the national Board of Directors for the Community Managers International Association (CMIA) and the Southern Colorado Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He is also a member of the Colorado Legislative Action Committee for CAI. He earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Master Community Manager (MCM) designations, his Colorado real estate broker's license, and he's a 20-year Colorado certified residential appraiser. He holds dual degrees in English literature and hotel administration. |
