Our Services assists our communities by providing required policies and disclosures to homeowners. In addition, our Association’s websites provide a communication platform for Communities that include local community information, discussion boards, announcements, calendar events and much more.
Community information is updated on a regular basis; this includes approved minutes, financials, newsletters, budgets, announcements, etc. Any information that is required by SB100/SB89 Policies is also accessible through our Communities’ websites for example community forms, design guidelines, rules and regulations, governing documents and HOA and Seller Disclosures.
